Ollie Olorenshaw MA(Hons), BA(Hons), Grad. Cert. Mental Health Practice

I am an Australian specialist counsellor and teacher with many years’ experience counselling people, conducting groups, giving lectures, workshops and tutorials and making appropriate referrals. I work online or in person – I will do out calls in Darwin and come to you.

I currently work part time as a Drug and Alcohol Case Worker for Mission Australia. I have recently worked as a Northern Territory Government counsellor. I counselled men and women in prison who have made specific requests for help with their drinking and drug dependency.

I also have specialist qualifications in mental health, gender identity, sexuality and sexual desire.

Sometimes clients just want a confidential chat with someone with life experience, compassion and maturity; someone who is understanding and discreet, who can listen without judgement, and, when requested, can provide frank and honest feedback.

I am happy. I have a strong education in the humanities and experience working in mental health. I am sympathetic, understanding and discreet.  I am a compassionate listener. I have worked extensively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and with different physical and mental abilities.  Furthermore, I have extensive experience dealing with my own problems and have been fortunate to have found great guidance in solving them.
